• Support sales for documents from the internal team

• Coordinate works between site and office

• Do monthly attendant for the site and submit to HR

• Make monthly progress claims from the site (concrete claim)

• Control fixed asset (in & out) plate, and machine

• Order tools & machinery for the site and some equipment for the office

• Coordinate repairing machinery with the maintenance team in Operations Department

• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or civil engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the related field

• Good command of English

• MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD 2D, internet and Email

• Problem-solving, communication, and flexibility

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize own workload
