- Supervise project sales staff to ensure best sales performance

- Implement sales planning assigned by GM or management

- Train, plan, organize, lead and control project sales staffs to achieve sales target

- Perform as sales officer and take lead if necessary

- Monitor daily sales report from subordinates and submit to GM or management

- Perform other tasks assigned by GM or management

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or other related fields.

- At least 2-year experience in sales supervisor position (from real estate-related sector, house building material sector and/or furniture sector is a plus)

- Good command of English (Able to speak Chinese is a plus)

- Good knowledge of computer (MS. Office)

- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Honest, flexible, independent and result-oriented
