- Introduce and sell company’s product and service to potential customers

- Solve problems with customers

- Update customer’s master list and follow up

- Do weekly call plan and daily working report, and submit to supervisor

- Implement sales planning given by supervisor

- Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor

- At least Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing Management or other related fields

- At least 2-year experience in sales position (from real estate-related sector is a plus)

- Good command of English (Able to speak Chinese is a plus)

- Good knowledge of computer (MS. Office)

- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Honest, flexible, independent and result-oriented
