- Preparing to costing construction the project

- Reconcile and check daily stock QTY in system versus the physical stock repot from warehouse.

- To procurement team during and after loading of new shipmen to the monitor any update on costing in the system.

- Manage to costing the working in progress.

- Make cost adjustment in the system to make sure that weighted average cost per unit is up to date and reconciled between GL and Stock Report for management review

- Ensure all the costing and actual stock quantity is accurate for month closing and year end closing

- Prepare month end report on inventory and Stock value for management review

- Analyze costing the business transaction and propose the cost of account mapping once there is the new business nature or project.

- Recommend, establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedure or guideline.

- Prepare monthly and yearly reports for management.

- Other tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager.

- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or other related fields.

- At least 2-5 years’ Experience in managing inventory and costing and fixed assets.

- Be proficient in excel skill.

- Good communication and analytical skills

- Has ability to work individually or in a team setting

- Excellent time management skill to meet tough deadline and strong up to date work

- Good at English, able to communicate and especially in writing

- Be honest and trustworthy

- Be patient, self-motivated and team building

- Able to help during short-handed regardless of task assigned.

- Willing to stay to complete all the work assigned during tough deadline
