- Create a contact for new projects/customers’ account

- Keep following up / regularly visit existing customers to ensure customers’ satisfaction and

loyalty

- Ensure sales revenue is based on the target set by the company

- Accustom Bill of Quantities of Quotation

- Prepare an agreement for key account

- Support product technical specifications to customers

- Keep track of AR from our customers and make sure that AR is well controlled and

canceled on time

- Build good communication with the cross-department to ensure that process is completely

done and successful

- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, business, or equivalent

- At least 5 years of work experience in project sales or related field

- Skill in MS Office, Internet, and Email

- Skill in influencing, convincing, negotiating, problem-solving, and decision making

- Capable of working under pressure and being committed

- Be friendly, cooperative, curious, and patient

- Good command of English, knowledge of Chinese is a plus
