- Lead sales executives (aka account managers) in project sales division to achieve sales

target.

- Plan, manage and execute strategies and tactics to drive the success of project sales

division in response to macro and micro economic situation

- Expand business network to grow sales opportunities

- Recruit key accounts (clients)

- Other duties as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/marketing or equivalent.

- At least 5 years of work experience in management role in project and B2B sales in related industry

- Possess exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate with C-suite level

- Be mature, dedicated, aggressive and highly committed

- Proficient in English both speaking and writing

- Outstanding business acumen and entrepreneurship, ability to generate seamless communication with all lev-els from C-Suite to Technical Experts.

- Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive skill, wisdom, and creativity; possess highest level of integrity, confi-dence, determination, and ambition.

- Excellent leadership, and ability to lead Cross-Functional (Matrix) Team with no Legitimate Authority assigned

- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
