** Job Description:

We are looking for many team leaders with good management skills with good English and positive attitudes to join our team based in Phnom Penh. This role requires the candidate to be a detailed team leader to check and follow up daily with agents and to provide related information and support to the teams. Previous experience in team leading is required with good English skills. This role is suitable for candidates looking for a junior leading position and could work independently to meet the deadlines.

** Job Responsibilities:

● Control and monitor daily works of the agents

● Provide needed information and support to the teams

● Support agents in calling to assigned customers when needed

● Work with Project Managers to meet daily and weekly goals

● Performance other related tasks assigned by supervisor.

● University or fresh graduated students

● Good leading skill and English

● Experience in working as a team

● Ability to work independently with positive attitude

● Ability to follow complex instructions

● Good computer skills

● Good English written and oral skills

● Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.

● Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
