** Job Description:

We are looking for call center agents with good communication skills with good English and positive attitudes to join our team based in Phnom Penh. This role requires the candidate to be a good supporting team to follow up with customers and to provide related information via calling. Previous experience in call center is not required but a good communication is a must along with good English skills. This role is suitable for candidates looking for an entry-level position and could work independently to meet the deadlines.

** Job Responsibilities:

● Contact customers to remind them about payment and renewal plan

● Provide needed information and answer related questions from customers

● Support calling in Khmer to assigned customers when needed

● Work with Project Managers and Team Leaders to meet daily and weekly goals

● Performance other related tasks assigned by supervisor.

● University or fresh graduated students

● Good communication skill and English

● Experience in call center is a plus

● Ability to work independently with positive attitude

● Ability to follow complex instructions

● Good computer skills

● Good English written and oral skills

● Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.

● Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
