-Work closely with the management team to plan and develop strategic goals to take the business to the next level, shape the business model and execute accordingly.

-Take ownership of P&L, financial statements, reports and implement business initiatives based on data interpretation.

-Oversee and manage the overall sales activities of the company in the country, including sales team, project delivery, back-office operation, partnership team, accounting & legal related matters.

-Maintain relationship with existing accounts and explore new opportunities.

-Implement market strategies to drive sustainable sales.

-Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a tier 1 University.

-Excellent English Language skills & Khmer Language.

-Experience in team management.

-Excellent Communication skills.

-General Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).

-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

-Meticulous, organised and well structured. Ambitious and driven by success.

-Loves 1st place.

-Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Enterprise sales or system integrations.
