• Work with Sales and Operations to drive customer adoption and successful customer onboarding.

• Promote teamwork and efficient distribution of information within the organization

• Perform failure analysis, and work with customers to resolve technical issues.

• Analyze product failures, identify root causes, and drive technical issues to resolution through co-ordination with developers and suppliers.

• Ensure that internal KPIs are met on a consistent basis and initiate structured problem-solving tasks in case of deviations.

• Ensure standard operating procedures of new products and technologies are followed

• Provide technical support to engineering issues by using appropriate problem-solving methods

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and other related field

• Profound experience in Engineering, preferably in the automotive industry, IOT or other industrial manufacturing environment

• Strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills

• Communicating effectively and working under time pressure

• Fluent in English and Khmer
