• Supervise implementation and execution of Channel & Category Development and Brand marketing initiatives

• Maintain and build relationships with the key accounts (MT Channel)

• Ensuring customer satisfaction reach highest level

• Provide input into the forecasting, planning and preparation of budget

• Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for key accounts that meets or exceeds sales and margin targets

• Provide direction to the marketing department on key marketing opportunities with the key accounts to support the sales effort

• Grow existing product offerings with key accounts while introducing new product opportunities

• Motivate team members to achieve peak productivity and performance.

• Assist MD with assigned task to ensure smooth operation

• Develop Trading term for all top Key Account (KA) with key aim to gain leading position in volume and value shares in KA outlets through activating all shopper drivers

• Develop, prepare and implement agreed sales & promotional plans for key account consistent with overall sales, volume and pricing goals.

• Seek out and communicate meaningful insights from key accounts and the market

• Ensure achievement of monthly KPIs including Sales Volume of all SKUs and channel driver activation

• Make frequency visit of key account customers

• Provide input into the forecasting, planning and preparation of budget

• Assist Head of Sales with assigned task to ensure smooth operation

• Work closely with the various departments in the MT to ensure the accurate execution of sales orders and account activity

• Motivate team members to achieve peak productivity and performance.

• At least 3 years experiences in key account operations plus managing/coaching people.
