**Job Purpose:

Responsible in helping to build the business by identifying new business prospects and selling the service/products. Must maintain relationships with current and build/maintain relationships with new clients. Understand sales and marketing processes and aggressively increase the lists of client to help generate revenue.

• Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld standards or relavant industry standards during all aspects of work;

• Ensures all employees adhere to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules and Regulations at all times.

General Job Functions

• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities in benefits to the organization.

• Meet with potential clients to determine their needs and visiting the customer locations periodically to receive client feedback.

• Responsible for brand promotion and mobilization of contracts for the new clients.

• Build and maintain good relationships with current and potential clients.

• Propose sales programs, promotions and strategies to achieve growth and profit plans.

• Collect and prepare data for sales reports as required by company.

• Ability to understand the aspects of laundry, laundry products, product marketing, sales strategies and as wells as clients intentions in obtaining the service.

• Be available to work any days as required and answer internal, external calls and client concern/inquiries.

• Ensures complies with all Central Laundry Limited standards during the aspects of work.

• Work closely with Laundry Manager and other key personnel to understand the operation and operational challenges.

• Closely follow- up all operational requests, coordinate with other departments related to the business aspects and to ensure that services are executed accordingly.

• Upholds company policy and procedures to ensure the safety, security and welfare of the clients and staff.

• Performs other duties as maybe assigned by superiors from time to time.

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent education required.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of Hospitality sales’ working experience and computer literate.

• Has the ability to communicate in other languages, fluent in English both written and verbal, able to communicate in other dialect, is an asset.

• Excellent in communication and / with public relation experience.

• Has previous hospitality sales experience and knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal skills and has problem solving abilities.

• Highly responsible / reliable in task designated is a must.
