Job Description

- Develop new clients and new businesses from existing clientele base.

- Find and develop qualified sales leads and work with overseas offices and agents to develop them into prospects and customers.

- Serve as single contact point to clients to communicate client’s shipment requirements to internal operation to maintain good service standard.

- Build relationships at all levels and represents the company in a professional manner, including making presentations to clients.

- Meet and exceed sales targets as directed by the sales manager and company management.

- Generate quotations, sales activities report, target report and periodical reports to sales manager and company management.

- Procurement with Carriers, Airlines, GSA, BSA, Co-loader, Vendors, Local Suppliers,

- Weekly Sale meeting with Sale team.

- RFQ package management.

- Training new Staffs.

- Set up SOP of new business & Sale coordination with internal related team regarding to sharing cost / SOP / selling rate.

- Marketing research and set up target list for sale visit activities.

- Control sale visit activities of each member, discussion for approaching each target.

- Sale coordination as checking all logistics regulations with related parties to explain clearly operation / regulation clearly to customer.

Job Requirements

- English (Speaking, Writing, Reading)

- Chines Speaking (If possible)

- Have experience working for Logistics company / Freight forwarder)

- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email

- Knowledge of basic trading (FOB, CIF etc...)

- Knowledge of world affairs

- With a strong sense of responsibility

- A person of wide interests

- Self-motivated and initiative

- Honest and hard working

- Good communication and personal skill

- Positive stand
