- Greets guests who arrive or depart outside of normal business hours

- Take reservations, perform guest check-in and check-out, answer questions about property amenities, and create and track keys to guest rooms

- Involve light cleaning, paperwork auditing, processing credit card payments, and other end-of-day tasks

- Helping customers feel welcome while also managing paperwork and administrative tasks

- Maintaining a positive attitude and multitasking are a substantial part of job.

- Communicating and working with team members in maintenance, housekeeping, and room service roles.

- Having at least 1 year experience in Hotel Receptionist job

- Good personality

- Good in spoken and written English / Chinese (is advantage) with good interpersonal skill

- Can work mainly in Night shift schedule which able to rotate to morning or afternoon shift temporary

- Must be a Male candidate

- Able to work during weekend and public holiday
