• Operate the day-to-day sales operations with excellent customer services to achieve sales target

• Present available housing units including project’s special features to clients and close deal with clients

• Provide consultation and solutions to clients to influence client’s decision for the project benefit

• Prepare and process sales documentation including document collection, Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) arrangement, clients’ request, etc following company sales SOP

• Maintain relationship with existing and prospective clients

• Make sales reports for sales supervisor/manager

• Promote the project through different channels to generate new sales

• Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns

• Maintain all communication with clients, sales documents and templates, including price list, payment plans and other sales related documents;

• Other tasks assigned by manager.

• A degree in Sales/Marketing or business management or other relevant fields

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service or hospitality (preferably in real estate sector)

• Be able to deal with different types of customer

• Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills

• Be result-oriented and strongly committed for achieving sales targets

• Be able to work as a team and work under pressure

• Be willing to take new challenges and learn new things

• Be able to work overtime and weekends/public holidays on a rotating shift basis

• Computer literacy in MS. Office

• Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer
