Job Description

1. Planning:

- Development a strategy direction for the business, along with supporting tactics.

- Monitor the progress of the company in meeting its strategies goals.

- Oversee the formulation of the annual budget planning and forecast.

- Develop a system of performance metrics that support the company’s strategic direction.

2. Operations:

- Manage the accounting, treasury, and tax review and preparation.

- Participate in the functions and decisions of the executive management team.

- Implement operational best practices throughout his or her areas of responsibility.

- Engage in acquisition selection, purchase negotiation and acquire integration into the business.

- Setting up the Policies, procedures, guidelines, using forms, reporting templates, and corrective actions in regard to Finance and Accounting Management.

- Financial Control and Management for Director for both Personal and Companies.

3. Financing information:

- Oversee the compilation of financial information into financial statements, with accompanying disclosure.

- Report financial report to management and the board of directors.

4. Risk Management:

- Understand the current and potential risks to which the business is subjected.

- Take steps to mitigate risks, including use of control systems.

- Report on risk issues to management and the board of directors.

- Ensure that the business complies with all regulatory and other legal requirements.

- Monitor known legal issue involving the company, as well as legal issues impacting the entire industry.

- Review and act upon findings and recommendations of internal and external auditors.

5. Financing:

- Advise on capital structure and financing modelling to optimize financing sources for the company.

- Monitor projected cash balance.

- Invest excess fund based on projected cash balance.

- Maintain relationship with banks, lenders, investors, investment bankers, and outside analysts

Job Requirements

- ACCA or Master degree in Finance and Accounting.

- A minimum of 8 years’ Experience in a Senior Role.

- Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting and tax applications and standards.

- Be highly proficient in English: listening, speaking, and reading.

- Computer literacy – MS office, internet, and e-mail

- Decision-making and problem-solving skills

- Be able work independently with less supervision, high commitment, and result-oriented.

- Have knowledge of principles in writing up reporting, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- Be able to handle multiple tasks and complexities as per number of different projects might be implemented at the same time.

- Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

- Have a good background, behavior, and attitude.

- Demonstrate sound professional ethics.
