Job Description

• Set up monthly selling plan to get new clients

• Following up prospective clients and taking care existing clients

• Prepare monthly concrete supply report

• Doing daily weekly and monthly sale report

• Following up and solving payment that got stuck

• Doing contracts and quotations for international clients

• Meeting new clients to negotiate products, rental price and payment term conditions

• Following up with clients during casting concrete and getting feedback from the customers

• Support sales admin to check daily concrete plan

• Prepare monthly concrete supply services report

• Coordinating and solving clients’ compliances

• Receiving sand and stone request forms and send to relevant team works by social media and send original request forms to Manager for signature.

• Being responsible for coordinating with all relevant departments.

• Keeping sand and stone request forms as documents.

• Other work is assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Sale & Marketing or related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field

• Good in Spoken and Written English;

• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)

• Team and goal-orientated; good attitude and inter-personal skills

• Sound judgment and good at problem solving

• Strong Management and leadership skills

• Be creative, initiative and good at multitasking
