Job Description

1. Provide sale projection, including exclusive, standard, S&S brand, T-shirt premium items and Uniforms.

2. Develop sale and marketing strategies, incentive structure and sale reinforcement and monitoring tools for sale team under supervision.

3. Provide training on sale strategies to all staff under supervision.

4. Lead and reinforce sale staff under supervision to identify and prospecting customers

5. Manage all sale operations, including inventory management, sale and account receivable recording, delivery transactions and other expenses, at the stores.

6. Other tasks to be assigned by GM.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Sale and Distribution, or related skills.

2. Having at least 2 years experience in sale and distribution.

3. Planning and organizing skills and ability to work under pressure.

4. Good computer skills especially advance Microsoft Excel.

5. Knowledge of English is preferable.

6. High motivation and ability to work without supervision.

7. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
