Job Description

1. organize seminars/ conferences; to order; to collect bad debts and work as a marketing staff.

2. Perform any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary sale documents and information.

3. Follow up and collect sale team daily activity report and combine sale team report.

4. Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sale report.

5. Plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities of sale team to meet the needs of the business. Suggest delegate tasks for management and follow-up as necessary.

6. Coordinate and involve in negotiation with debtors for overdue debt as require by Management.

7. Follow up and perform any legal work requires relating to take legal action for bad credit customer and feedback, recommendation to Management for further decision making.

8. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

9. Bachelor degree of sales, marketing or equal
