- Set up monthly selling plan to get new clients

- Following up prospective clients and taking care existing clients

- Following up and solving payment that got stuck.

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

- Meeting new clients to negotiate products, rental price and payment term conditions

- Coordinating and solving clients’ compliances

- Ensure that sale target as set per month is achieved

- Build a strong relationship with customers

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sale report to supervisor or manager

- Manage and update accurate customer profile

- Making schedule for visiting customers

- Receiving and carrying out instructions, assignments from direct superior in dealing with customers.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sale/marketing

• Experience Supermarket/ Mart is plus.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be able to read and write in Khmer.

• Can converse in English

• Computer literate and able to use all Microsoft Office applications
