Job Description

•Create new customer register in system 3 companies.

•Key invoice (MC & BCF, SKA) sends to group BCF MC and MCSKA report.

•Control & posting van sale transaction daily.

•Purchase order and post bill to receive item from main warehouse.

•Export sale report weekly monthly to sale team.

•Help accountant branch on AR aging & calling.

•AR update (calling to customer to collect Money)

•Cash collect from all sales in the evening.

•Bank deposit (ABA) three accounts MC, BCF & MCSKA

•Daily Cash Collect and Cash Count Report

•Travel to collect cash from customers

•Weekly stock count MC, BCF & SKA (Tuesday and Friday) send stock count to Stock Controller SR

•Other report if leader needs

Job Requirements

•Bachelor degree in field of Accounting, Finance or other related fields.

•Knowledge on computer Literacy (Microsoft word and Excel).

•Knowledge in accounting.

•Strong numeracy skill.

•Knowledge in accounting software.

•Release daily report for management.

•Good comment in English verbal and writing.

•Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•Able to work under pressure and multi jobs.

•Ability to work independent.

•Coordinating skill.

•Problem solving.

•Willing to learn new things.
