• Compiles and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.

• Financial Management & Operations: Manage aged receivable balance to an acceptable level, identify opportunities to improve systems & procedures and ensure all payment are transparent and sufficient doc.

• Manage General Ledger transaction, bank reconciliation, account payable, account receivable and fixed asset registered….

• Financial Reporting, Information & Analysis: Provide month-end close, keep all BS Account Up-to-date, advise on business decision

• Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with business policies and local legislation, and that adequate controls are in place.

• Organize and execute all financial related tasks

• Ensure annual physical count and adjustment for obsolete items and Fixed Asset List by Asset Owners, Location

• Resolves accounting discrepancies and irregularities.

• Performed other task as assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• At least 3- years up of experience in full accounting functions; AP, AR and GL, and Financial Reporting & Budgeting in a similar position of a medium to large organization.

• Good understanding of tax rules and regulations, as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Standards/practices

• Proactive approach in identifying problems.
