Job Description

- Promote and sell after sales service maintenance package and spare parts effectively

- Prepare and follow up quotations to secure orders

- Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers, and determine plans for marketing activities to promote extended sales coverage

- Maintain the existing customers and build good relationship

- Liaise with the technical team to assist customer to get solution, give the right recommendation, and solve the problem.

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

- Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme

- Supporting the Sales and Marketing Supervisor in day to day marketing activities.

- To improve relation between company and influencers: Plumber, Contractor, Developer and Designer

- Coordination between Internal Departments related to maintenance works, regulatory controls, contract renewal... etc.

- Ensures proper Documentation of Maintenance works and use of related System

- Marketing Research

- Any other task assign by line manage

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or relate field

- At Least has 3 years experienced handling people

- At least has 3 years experience in Maintenance Service or relevant

- To be able to assist and advise of MEP system design, installation and problem solving is a plus

- Willing to Learn and Creative

- Customer well oriented person

- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service
