Job Description

• Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.

• Recruit and coordinate interviewing, references, and documentation for staff hiring

• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives

• Distribute, complete, and process paperwork for new hires

• Response to questions related to HR work.

• Conduct new hire orientation and benefits orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement.

• Initiate strategy to ensure filling talent in time.

• Coordinate exit process for departing employees

• Initiate strategy to facilitate career growth and development

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass

Communications, Marketing or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Preferably 1 - 4 years of experienced employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or

equivalent

• Proven sales experience

• Prior experience in cold calling / sales support / inside sales

• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and driven

• Fun, open, and charismatic personality with willingness in take on new challenges

• Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply

• Good in written & verbal communication skills in English and Khmer; Chinese is a plus
