**Responsibilities:

● Providing a call to every existing customer by following process map

● Credit assessment

● Late payment reminding

● Provide technical Support and handle complaints over the phone

● Providing excellent customer service

● Good communication with team

● Relevant task assign by manager

● You are a team player and a have a hands-on approach

● You are able to understand Cambodian mindsets and local customers behaviours

● You have an interest in clean cooking and contributing to improving rural communities

● You can work to targets and motivate your team to perform at their highest level

● You are open to learning new things and very goal-oriented

● Good at Microsoft powerpoint, Word and Excel

● Could communication in English

● Willing to learn

● Could work on weekend

● Willing to work with farmer

● Bachelor degree in Customer service or related field
