-Preparation of P.R and P.O

-Review relevant contract with vendors or other service provider

-Keep track of the contract deadline, company documents renewal deadline etc.

-Supplies and control of company supplies and stationaries

-Recruitment of staff required by the Company

-Draft job announcement and work with hiring agency when required

-Draft staff employment contract

-Interview, shortlisted candidates for management decision

-Proposed to management of suitable salary ranges or candidates for management decision

-Responsible for expat staff work permit, renewal of staff working visa, staff criminal record application, staff health check up and other work related with Ministry of Labor

-Staff Performance Appraisal Preparation

-Staff probationary period notification

-Keep record of staff annual leave and other leaves

-Monthly NSSF preparation and declaration

-Other works given from time to time

*Knowledge

- Education – Bachelor Degree in a business Administration, Economic and other relevant field.

- Experience – At least 3 years of experiences

- Knowledge – Good
