-Report to Senior Accountants

-Handling cash collection at the assigned station(s).

-Make sure all invoices, and receipts are issued appropriately and correctly.

-Deliver to customers with effective and efficient service.

-Doing daily bookkeeping on daily cash collection in the system including daily reconciliation.

-Follow up on customer outstanding payment by way of call/written reminders.

-Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities and report to senior account/management.

-Research and resolve AR discrepancies

-Audit daily revenue figures, supporting reports voucher

-Generate, consolidate and send out invoices

-Follow up on, collect and allocate payments

-Assist others as needed

-Performing other administrative tasks as assigned management.

-Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in related duties is preferred.

-Must be honest and professional in work ethics

-Strong knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, and Outlook.

-Good English and computer skills.

-Great organizational skills, accuracy attention to detail

-Commitment to cultivating a good working relationship with other staff members.

-A positive attitude and willingness to learn, with good organizational skills

-Willing to work under time pressure.

-Strong interpersonal communication as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
