- Seeking for new strategies to push up selling borey and condo.

- Planning and directing sales team members, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.

- Maintain client relationship.

- Conducting regular team meeting to improve sales and find solutions.

- Building and promoting strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with team and understanding their needs.

- Stay informed about Real Estate industry.

- Collect information from competitors regarding pricing, payment, method and construction market growth.

- Prepare monthly selling report and annual.

- Prepare monthly targets.

- Prepare and implement selling strategies to achieve selling target of the company.

- Meet customers in case team members can’t afford to negotiate or persuade customers.

- Experience in marketing planning.

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related field.

- Good communication in English and Khmer.

- Honest, Hardworking, Work under pressure and proactive.

- Knowledge of real estate business development.

- At least 2-year experience in the related fields (Sale, IT and Customer service) real estate.

- Good computer skills (Ms. Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet etc.)
