Taking care and achievement in the brand’s contribution each markets.
To support sales team and develop market growth YOY
To Contribute and leading marketing strategy
Set up distribution plan with go to the right market (break through by shop format).
Develop Brand strategy & positioning into market
To understanding with consumer insight and trend - quantify to be Market opportunity size
Cooperate with Distributor Team & across of External party (Local agency & Customers relation).
Transform Mega products direction plan to be excellence execution.
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
Oversee a social media strategy
Manage and maintain the organization’s website
Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and YouTube…
Fix any errors or bugs in online content
Edit and post statement, videos, audio content to online sites
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of company developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor or Master Degree of Sales or Marketing, Management.
Work experience
At least 5-year experience in sales management or product management experience
Good command of written and spoken English;
Proficiency in MS Office;
