- Support the team in creating sales scripts and roleplaying scenarios from both B2B and B2C perspectives

- Check and ensure sales team reports, both hard and soft copy, are error-free and have sufficient supporting documents before submission to management

- Maximize test drive uptake with offline event team, and provide weekly and monthly reports to assistant manager or manager

- Work closely with other departments to ensure that the company operates smoothly, and support is provided in a timely manner

- Work closely with customer relations on Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) to keep customer satisfaction levels high, and to address customer complaints professionally

- Set monthly team sales targets by models and color, and submitting to assistant manager or manager at the end of each month

- Provide daily updates on competitor movement and sales performance, as well as providing weekly and monthly reports

- Summarize daily, weekly, and monthly sales report to be submitted to assistant manager or manager

- Daily reviewing of backorders and handling of stock allocation for delivery fulfilment

- Daily monitoring of your team’s sales call activities such as campaign feedback, post-sales follow up, etc.

- Daily reviews of each sales consultant’s activities and providing advice and direction on how to improve them

- Preferably bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields

- At least three to four years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields

- Pleasant personality, honest, hardworking, and takes initiative

- Possess good management and leadership skills

- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

- Must have a driving license and good driving skills

- Excellent knowledge in how to approach B2B sales

- Strong sense of time management as well as service and result-oriented

- Good at doing report

- Good at networking

- Good at English speaking and writing

- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
