- Responsible for assisting and supporting relevant stakeholders in import and export processes under shipping department,

- Follow up suppliers or involved parties to obtain the shipment schedules and shipping documents punctually,

- Assist shipping team in sourcing agent for freight and update maintaining the shipment status freight forwarder & customs brokerage,

- Prepare shipping document, expenses, and other delivery vehicle documents,

- Assist in applying import & export permit / license process at customs both manual and systems and submit other documents to ministry,

- Assist in preparing master list quota for Tax-exempt of import & export and submit other shipping document to agent,

- Check expenses charged vs quotation by shipping agents and settle payment with Accounting Department,

- Maintain good communication with shipping agents for smooth clearance processes,

- Support team and superior for daily shipping operation and prepare reports,

- Perform other works as assigned from time to time by line managers.

- Bachelor or equivalent degree of Business Administration or other related fields,

- At least one year working experience in shipping,

- Fresh graduated students are welcome,

- Able to use computer (Ms. Office),

- Able to communicate in English Language,

- Good organizational and communication skills,

- Ability to work under pressure, patient, honest and hard working.
