Job Description

• Greeting to customers with a positive and friendly attitude

• Answering and providing information about our services to customers

• Answering telephones by using appropriate etiquette

• Making a core call to customers to inform about the appointment schedule

• Issuing the bill to customers

• Making a call to follow up about payment from customers

Job Requirements

• Graduated High school- (Female Only)

• At least one year experience in the similar role

• Be able to communicate in English / Chines is extra beneficial

• Be able to use computer

• Honestly, integrity and teamwork

• Working Hour: Mon-Sat (08:00AM – 05:30PM)
