** Job purpose

The KA sale are responsible in performing variety of duties designed at managing TECNO’s client

relationship, as well as developing new business from existing clients and actively seeks out new clients.

Providing and handling sell-in and sell-out requirements of dealers, monitoring and processing claims by

ensuring collection and verification of supporting documents and disseminating topline objectives to retail

partners.

- Retail development and management, responsible for the retailer’s ST and SO agreement

- Responsible for achieving the monthly and quarterly sales targets of the retailers in charge

- Provide customers with excellent service and support, maintain good customer relationship

- Implementation of channel strategy, marketing strategy and retail strategy, according to the

company's planning implementation of promotion and promotional activities

- Complete other related work given by the company

- Familiar with Cambodia operator policies and requirements

- Good relations with major operators and chain retailors

- Rich experience in Operator Customer Management and customer handling

- Mobile phone industry experience of not less than 2 years Mobile phone industry experience of not less than 2 years

- With administration related experience is an advantage

- Must be highly organized and very keen to details

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Ability to multi-task alongside compliance to the process
