Job Description

• Prepare, monitor & control document and record on site.

• Manage and control petty cash on site if applicable

• Liaison with finance and accounting team.

• To arrange meeting and minute of meeting

• To prepare required documents for project approval

• Monthly reporting of petty cash expenses.

• Administrative support to Supervisor and Site Manager.

• Monthly Report formatting.

• Daily Planner logging & report formatting.

• Manpower recording.

• To submit the necessary documents from site to office.

• Daily attendance & Leave record.

• Site Stock control

• To coordinate with suppliers the scheduling of delivery time.

• To follow up scheduling of delivery of shipment and oversea purchase order

• To perform other relevant tasks as required by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL:

• Proficiency in using computer software especially MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint & outlook mail)

• Fluent in Khmer/English

• Ability to communicate effectively.

• Team work and communication skill

• Interpersonal skill
