Job Description

• Coordinate with design team for BOM

• Make preliminary costing and submit to supervisor for reviewing and finalize.

• Support on quotation/ prepare and submit to management or client with catalog/drawing.

• Support on delivery sample material.

• Make site survey with design engineer to understand site condition.

• Raise MR after get PO approve from client

• Make costing report / follow up client

• Support sales teams for pre-sale works.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, or other related fields

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL:

2. Good command of both written and spoken English

3. Solid knowledge of office procedure (MS Excel)

4. Ability to multitask under pressure and tight deadlines

5. Good time management and able to work independently with sense of urgency

6. Computer literate and experience with integrated accounting software solutions

7. Flexibility, positive attitude and strong contribution for teamwork

8. Having good supervisor and leadership
