. Maintaining and updating of information regarding vehicles

. Ensuring regular checks and up keep of vehicles

. Manage work flow and availability

. Manage the service providers serving the vehicles

. Train colleagues on car policy and fuel card usage

. Manage expiring leases

. Oversee activities with regards to the acquisition, repair and preventive

maintenance, and replacement of fleet to meet the company’s needs.

. Monitor directly of company vehicles GPS tracking.

. Develop and implement risk management systems for fleet management.

. Coordinate all activities in the dispatch of items- requisition, planning,

scheduling, reconciliation with regards to operational requirements.

. Manage to resume Certificate of Motor Vehicle Technical Inspection and

Goods Vehicle Transport Operation License with General Transportation

Department.

. Manage maintain records on the operation and fuel use, and costs for fleet

vehicles.

. Oversee the conduct of training for drivers

. Another task is assigned by management.

. Bachelor degree in Administration/Logistics or other related fields.

. At least 3 years’ experience in fleet management or logistics.

. Must be able to meet physical demands with activity or condition may include

occasional include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping, and

other activities.

. Good communication, and ability to use English Language.

. Good knowledge of computer skills, word, excel, Power Point, Internet & E-mail

. Abilities to work under pressure

. Dealing with an emergency
