• Meet and communicate with customers in order to maintain and generate sales

• Follow up clients and close Sales agreement to achieve the assigned target

• Maintain and build up good relationship with existing and penetrate new clients

• Transform from low income clients to high income clients

• Plan and meet new potential clients to achieve sales target

• Contribute to the business success by initiating and participating in various cold-calling and marketing activities

• Be always attentive to all customer needs, issues or complaints and provide appropriate solutions and effective complaint handling

• Make sure all customer complaints are closed timely, properly and effectively with positive feedback from our customers

• Follow up and file properly all internal complaint forms

• Respond quickly to questions and comments via phone calls receiving directly from customers

• Prepare Sales proposal and do Sales presentation to achieve daily, weekly and monthly Sales target

• Participate actively in transferring of all information from bottom –up and vice versa and discussing across the company freely

• Manage marketing activities, campaign and branding ambassador

• Participate actively in controlling expenses in the company, consumables, electricity etc.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager

• Bachelor degree in sales and marketing field or other field related

• At least 2 years experiences

• Female or Male

• Honesty, Commitment, Team work spirit

• Ability to work under pressure

• Self-motivated

• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
