Job Description

• Facilitate and manage the preparation and review tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax

forms

• Ensure accurate, timely filing of all kinds of tax returns and other legal business related filings

• Handle and dealing with all kinds of tax audit, legal compliance, and custom audit

• Deliver a full range of tax advisory in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe

• Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process

• Develop and implement strategic tax planning and improve processes by developing or implementing

the best practices

• Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these

developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation

• Identify and mitigate tax risks

• Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests

• Build relationships and interact with tax authority

• Manage and mentor members of tax team to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement

• Perform other tasks assigned by Manager/Director

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree's Accounting/Finance, CAT, or ACCA is preferable.

• Certified National Tax Service Agency is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of tax and accounting standard and regulation.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant experiences. Manufacturing/Construction company is a plus.

• Computer: Good at advance MS Excel, Words, Outlook, QuickBooks, and PowerPoint.

• Language: Professional proficiency in English. Chinese is a plus.

• Other Skills: high attention to detail and accuracy, organized work.

• Good at professional judgement and skepticism.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Be able to work under pressure and high commitment to get things done as time line.

• Good at communication and work cooperatively with the team.
