1. Tracking, reconcile and report on inventory (raw materials, work in progress, finished goods, consumables) and consumables usages and costing.

2. Tracking, reconcile and report on consignment stock usages and costing.

3. Tracking, reconcile and report on utilities consumption and costing.

4. Prepare and process monthly journal entries for inventory, materials and consumables usages and costing, including matching of purchase orders, stock adjustment and cost revaluation.

5. Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts between sub-ledger and General Ledger.

6. Participate in monthly physical count of inventory (raw materials and finished goods).

7. Perform quarterly packaging materials count (at warehouse and at customer's premise)

8. Take part in yearly physical count of spare parts and fixed assets.

9. Prepare and submit Monthly Tax declaration and E-filling (uploading PR, SR for VAT invoices to GDT online).

10. Prepare and submit monthly statistical reports to government agencies.

11. Other ad-hoc request.

1. Minimum three years working experience in costing, and accounting.

2. University degree in accounting.

3. Proficient in management and cost accounting.

4. Conscientious, highly motivated and good initiative.

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
