-Take short briefing meeting and get information from another shift

-Check cash float

-Follow up all problems

-Prepare cash income hotel and report to accountant

-Prepare document for Housekeeping

-Check arrival and departure guest

-To know daily in House, Arrival, Departure, Occupancy

-Clean Lobby area every morning

-Make a call every 12:30pm to confirm the guest check out or continue stay

-Welcome and talk to guest very politely words

-Arrangement of all services Ex: Transfer or Pick up……

-Pick up phone and answer inquiries of guest

-Be able to use system

-Check e-mail and reply e-mail to guest

-Check room clean, dirty and any problems with housekeeping

-Handle guest complaint and solve the problem, report to FOS, GM if problems insolvable

-Sent daily report every day to head office

-Recheck all tasks during working till check out, ensuring that all thing well done

-Transfer information or any problems that are undone to the next shift.

-Aware all Supplier contact.

- Bachelor degree or lower degree accepted in Tourism/Hospitality, Business Management or related field.

- Experienced working in hotel.

- Friendly, able to speak, listen and write English, Chinese is a plus.

- Have a good discipline, honest, responsible.

- Flexible, problem solving skill, ability to work efficiently and independently.

- Computer program using: (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Email)
