1. Check staffs’ grooming and discipline

2. Conducts shift briefing daily

3. Response & check accommodations before the customers check-in

4. Escort customer to check-in

5. Update In and Out of White Shop’s stock report

6. Support room reservation update list

7. Support phone answers

8. Support booking from Sales and Marketing team

9. Support Customer check in and out

10. Other tasks will be assigned by Manager/Supervisor

* Knowledge and Skills:

1. Can speak & write English

2. Knowledge of Hospitality and Operation

3. Computer Skills (Ms. Word & Excel, Internet, e-mail)

* Education and Experiences:

1. At least having a high school degree

2. At least 1 year experience with relevant fields
