• Manage and control all kinds of documents including forms, requests, contracts, and formats to align with the internal rules

• Manage and control all kind of administrative documents to file in order

• Update company regulation regarding to office regulation

• Knowledge about Cambodia Labor Law

• Perform general administrative support to all Employees and Departments

• Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times

• Prepare staff’s birthday

• Answer and redirect phone calls about company information

• Other task assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;

• Minimum 1 year experience in administration or other related fields;

• Good command of English both spoken and written

• High proficiency in MS. Office

• Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under tight time constraint

• Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working and integrity

• Able to manage the tasks assigned by manager and deliver on time and schedule
