• Daily check store daily sales report/cash count and POS, investigates discrepancies, corrects it, and provide discrepancies report.

• Daily prepare and send out Daily Sale Report

• Daily Check bank slip deposit by store

• To review Cancel/Void bill report and evaluate the reasons

• Generate Daily Sale report by Store from POS and posting to ACCOUNTTING SYSTEM

• Check on necessary supporting documents for preparation of Invoices – Franchisees, Rental…

• Post invoices to ACCOUNTTING SYSTEM

• Prepares Sale summary and send to Franchises 2times /month.

• Posting and clear transaction relate to sale summary to accounting system

• Weekly review AR Aging Report and Payment Follow up

• Filling AR related documents

• Assist for monthly and yearly tax preparation

• Assist and foster the work for tax auditing

• Other tasks assigned by manager.

• Working knowledge of POS and accounting software ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word

• 2-3 years experiences of Restaurant or Food chain industry

• Bachelor degree of Finance and Accounting
