·      To attract the potential investors to rent the land in SEZ area to generate the revenue of S.I

·      To propose the development of infrastructure of S.I SEZ premises including the layout of master plan

·      To manage the tenants in accordance with the mutual agreements and law of Royal Cambodia Government (RCG) wihc is related to SEZ industry.

·      Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

·      Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

·      Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits

·      Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders

·      Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

·      Work with the project managers to ensure the smooth transition of all projects that have been approved by the Board for build-out.

·      Oversee the formulation of build-out project teams and meet with the project manager to an agreed frequency to monitor their progress and performance.

·      Provide proactive business insight by ensuring relevant external economic factors both at a national and sector specific level are taken into account when key commercial decisions are made.

·      Provide accurate and timely reports for the board on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as required on the progress and performance of all projects

Performs other relevant duties as directed by the top management

·      Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance & Economic, General Management or related fields; Master Degree is preferred.

·      Minimum five-year experience in management and leadership role

·      10 Year experience in properties and real estate project.

·      Strong knowledge and background related to SEZ Business Development and real estates.

·      Comprehensive experience of business development, acquisition, viability, planning and technical due diligence at a strategic and core delivery level.

·      Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.

·      Strong commercial acumen and drives business performance based on sound financial analysis.

·      Effective project manager and provides detailed understanding of multiple and varied projects without loss of focus or insight.

·      Understands and is conversant with financial viability modelling for development opportunities and highly networked within the industry and real estate.

·      Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles

·      In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management in the best practices

·      An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills

·      Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

·      Excellent communication and public speaking skills

·      Can-do attitude.
