- To maintain up-to-date billing system by checking if the city ledger (accounts receivable) invoice from front office is correct and to carry out reconciliation of accounts forwarded to city ledger.

- To organize a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.

- To ensure the continuous flow of required material and services.

- To carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines such as preparing invoices for city ledger accounts, dropping invoices, and collecting payments.

-To do actual inventories check of stocks in assistance or in the absence of Cost Controller regarding to Housekeeping inventory.

-To prepare bank deposits.

-To follow up collection and allocation of payments, making phone calls asking for payments, verifying which accounts are being paid.

-To maintain accounts receivable customer files such monitoring account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, investigate and resolve customer queries, communicating with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.

- To assist AP Officer on inventory checks if available.

- To work closely with all departments.

- To perform other tasks as may be assigned by the management.
