- Responsible for staff monthly payroll

- Daily Control and Check Staff Attendance

- Responsible for the monthly NSSF payment and fund declaration

- Manage reports, procedures, and other company official documents

- Responsible for the company's legal compliance such as company license or certificate, company registration, employee workbook, work permits, NSSF member card, and updating the related notifications, announcements, declarations, regulations, and laws from the Ministries and other government organizations concerned

- Handle employee recruitment, arrange interviews, hiring process

- Assist all departments manager to prepare job descriptions

- Manage the office supply and order new stationery

- Performing other day-to-day tasks assigned by General Manager.

- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.

- Fresh Graduated and 3rd Year students are encouraged to apply (The experienced candidate is priorities)

- Have knowledge of the Labor Law of Cambodia and other related labor regulations.

- Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills

- Good command of spoken and written English

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access..)

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Patient, able to work under pressure, and willing to learn.

- Reliable and trustworthy person with good communication and interpersonal skills.
