• Check and control worker’s attendance at site with site engineer/site manager.

• Arrange payroll for worker and send to Head Office.

• Prepare petty cash and make report in order that operation at site work is smoothly.

• Control daily company petty cash at site work.

• Handle keeping the invoices in order.

• Manage the consumption of office equipment.

• Manage all administrative documents at site work and send to Head Office.

• Maintain a document system of accounting policy and procedure.

• Other necessary works assigned by Chief Accounting Officer.

• Female, age 22-30 years.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related major

• 1 to 2 years’ experience as an account.

• Knowledge of A/R, A/P.

• Able to work under pressure and willing to work as a team

• Excellent communication skills, multi‐tasking skills.

• Patient and Honest
