Account Payable

• Manage accounts payable

• Process invoice/bill posting into the system and reconcile books of accounts.

• Check for proper authorization and correctness before making payment using three-way matching: Vendor Invoice to PO- purchase order & GRN – Good Receipt Note.

• Maintain and update correct vendor information, establishing good relationships with vendors.

• Track payments to internal and external stakeholders – ensuring bills/invoices/ employee cash advances/ employee reimbursements are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.

• Perform bank reconciliation.

• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly cash flow and budget plans.

• Maintain bookkeeping and accounting documentation in the proper manner.

• Review and enhance internal control relating to company costs and expenses.

• Analyze workflow processes and documentation.

• Secure financial information by completing and overseeing database backups if applicable.

• Receive and handle good communication with other departments on related issues.

• Provide coaching and training to junior team members if necessary.

• Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

• Perform other tasks assigned by a direct supervisor or line manager.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in accounting and finance.

• Knowledge of accounting software & advanced excel and QuickBooks.

• Self-motivated and independent.

• Self-organize, good communication and teamwork.
