• Making relationship, handling the request and demand for insurance services by Chinese Businesses.

• Contact Chinese Business in Cambodia to introduce Ly Hour Insurance products.

• Go to meet and explain Chinese speakers who need to understand our products and services.

• Request the quotation/policy/endorsement for the clients.

• Ready to help solving any problem from the clients by providing quick and efficient service.

• Assist in receiving the feedback from the market and report to the Head of Department.

• Challenge the market to achieve the target.

• Willing to learn more insurance products as required.

• Help the team to achieve company goal.

• Another task assigned by direct manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or Finance.

• Relevant working experience with general insurance industry is preferable.

• High commitment, be able to face the problem and efficiently solve it out.

• Effective presentation and negotiation skills, good at social networking.

• Possess positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to work both independently and as team member.

• Understanding aspects of insurance and the relationship with the clients.

• Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point…).

• Chinese language is the must and others (English/French) is preferred.

• Knowledge of Customer Services.
