Jobs Description

- Developing contract and business proposal for the assigned Chinese Channel Customers

- Manage sales and distribution targets, setting objectives within the assigned customers by providing tactics, guidance, and direction in-corporation with the Regional Sales Team.

- Execution and Implementation of Promotion/Activities with alignment to brand/channel strategies.

- To negotiate and implement the PICOS & EOE standard with assigned Chinese Customers.

- Propose strategies plans incorporating overall business strategies according to the resources of the organization to achieve the agreed objectives.

- Coordinate activities with relevant Departments.

- Upholding disciplined and relevant processes for Chinese customer’s business development planning (including trading terms agreements), Customer Business Review and In-store execution in assigned Chinese Customers.

- Market Intelligent responsibility, information gathering, competitor’s activities, Trends analysis, and Competitor’s pricing update.

- New Customer penetration (Identify, approach and acquisition) and Building long-term working relationships with assigned Chinese Customers.

- Be Creative and Innovative to build a business with assigned Chinese customers, proactively responding to their current and future needs.

- Regular dialogue with assigned Chinese customers to review business performance and customer service level to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Maintain Chinese customer database and supports Regional Sales Team’s strategy and process ensuring these customers are served appropriately to maintain credible relationships based on trust and sense of being a real business partner.

- Driving promotions and merchandising with compliance to PICOS & EOE standards.

- Promotion (NCP) execution excellence.

- To ensure a healthy Stock level in the assigned areas.

- To ensure Forecast Accuracy input by Brand and by SKU for the assigned Customers.

Jobs Requirement

- Preferably a minimum of 5 years in an FMCG environment in sales/channel marketing in an operational management role, ideally in an FMCG/beer environment. Modern Trade backgrounds are highly preferred.

- Fluency in Chinese Speaking. Read and written in Chinese is highly preferred.

- Integrity, Self-Discipline, Trustworthy and reliability.

- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal/presentation/Computer)

- Strong project management skills, Solid analytical, Planning, and Organizing skills.

- Excellent business acumen and a good understanding of the market with entrepreneurial zest.

- Self-starter mindset, Self-Confident, good work Ethic, Assertive and Problem-solving skills.
